ARE YOU COMING TO US?
Then it is possible to check-in from 15:00. If you would like to be accommodated a little earlier, let us know in advance. Maybe we'll figure it out. It always depends on the last guest. However, you can arrive at the hotel from 11:30. After the welcome, you will leave a few details at the reception and your stay begins. The services you have purchased with your chosen room apply now on - for example, wellness or even the entire unlimited access to the water park.
ARE YOU GOING HOME?
Please note that you must say goodbye to the room by 10:00 o´clock. That's because we have to give it care and prepare it for other guests. You can also buy small souvenirs or quality wine from South Moravia at our reception. You can also pay by card (VISA, MASTERCARD).
